 | Finish Our furniture is built to be used, it is not precious; we create our furniture for everyday use. Our artisans use gouges, hammers, nails, and torches to apply vintage distressing to each piece. These wear marks mimic the patterns and age of pieces found in old industrial fixtures. Once the piece acquires the appropriate level of distressing, the graphics, icons and visual cues are applied. After the sweat equity has been poured into the piece, color is hand rubbed into the furniture. Applying the color is where our artisans really shine. It is put on the old fashioned way, with a rag and elbow grease. Once the color is perfected, a clear coat is applied. The process: -
