Time Frame

In stock items will arrive in approximately 2-4 weeks.
 
Before Delivery

1. All items are shipped Common LTL (LTL stands for ‘less than truckload’) Carriers (Ie: FedEx Freight, Yellow Freight, RTL Carriers, etc.)
 
2. The trucking company will call before arriving to arrange a day and time for delivery. It will be necessary for you (or your representative) to be on site at the time of delivery to unload the items.

During Delivery

The items arrive at your location in a semi-trailer typically delivered on a pallet. The boxes on the pallet need to be off-loaded by hand (or a forklift). Please Note:
             
The driver is only responsible to get the order to the end of the truck (tops larger than 8’ cannot be moved to the back of the truck).
 
Our items are extremely heavy. If you are off loading by hand you will certainly need more than one person.
 
After Delivery

Note: Refused deliveries incur a 35% re-stocking fee plus applicable cancellation fees, in-bound freight charges, and shipping and handling back to the manufacturer at the customer's rate. You must report any product errors within 48 hours of receipt. All orders are fully insured by American Furnishings. After the materials have left our facility it is the trucking company's responsibility. Problems are rare, but if they do occur, sign and mark the problem on the Bill of Lading. American Furnishings will always try and help our customers any way we can.
